I never been so stressed in my life , to cut the story short I ended up with an amount of R8000+ areas in March 2021 so I started paying my account by R1000 ion the 7th of June consultant called my Father's number and talk to my sister and told her I had an oustanding balance of R7500 I was so pleased to hear that I am getting somewhere with this account on the 9th I paid R1200 and at the end of July I paid R883.31 so I sure that my balance was going down to R5000 end of August I paid R1000 so my credit was suppose to be R4000+ but instead Russells said my oustanding balance is still R8000+ so I stopped paying cause I was confused I saw that I wasn't going anywhere with this account . They sent me a form to fill in I filled the form with the amount I know I was owing and I paid it full now they are still sending messages stating that I now owe R6900 . Some people called me in January stated that I was owing R8000 and Russells did not mention that there is an amountbI paid in 2021.
