Russells co za

Hi. I bought a free standing stove from Russells.co.za. I am not happy with the oven part and I called them immediately after I used it for once. They took note of my complain and told me that they will contact with us. It is the 10th day they are still saying they will contact with us. I am still calling them everyday and they say the same thing. And they told me not to use the stove. How is this possible? How are they expecting me to cook? They are the worse company I have ever worked with. Customer service is terrible as they always say "I don't know!". Please do not buy anything from them...
