Pathetic service Zero communication skills My parents bought beds CASH on Friday 31st Jan 2025. They didn't communication anything saying that they must still order the stock of the brand. We had been without beds since Friday as we thought delivery will be on Saturday already but nothing. Saturday came they mentioned about the stock that they must order. Saturday they gave oit an SMS saying delivery will be on 25February2025. Today they have changed the delivery to Thursday. How must a person sleep when they were the ones with no communication. They haven't checked their system to say that there's stock available yet they were quick for payments. When my dad went back on Saturday they said there's nothing that we can do and we should just wait. Nothing of we'll speed up the delivery. The Google reviews has been bad because I've checked it out now. Their lack of work ethic is 0. Communication skills 0. Checking if the items are on the system 0. Yet they the first to ask for people with plenty of experience when they wanna hire but look how Pathetic are those people there with zero worth ethics.
