Russell's better do something

We had bought a fridge and it took them weeks before delivering it right, only to find out that the fridge isnt working, we had already bought groceries even, only to find that it got rotten too, the electricity we had to use, to get that useless fridge working. ALL GONE TO WASTE!.. We communicated that with them, and they promised someone to come have a look, that took another darn 2 weeks or so, then again we contacted them, and still until we decided we wanted to cancel. That's when the begging started to happen, "no please dont we will send someone ASAP", and yes they did, days after, and literally the guy came to have a look and told us the fridge doesnt have gas, we asked for a new fridge, that they should replace this one... Again told that they would send it, weeks passed again, still no communication from them, hence why I'm writing this today, they have taken their money, and still we have no fridge! Whenever we go there to enquire nobody ever has the time of day for us, we are tired! We are angry! And in actual fact, if there was a possibility of not giving Russell a star at all, we would do just that!
