Russells Bellville

I bought a bed in Russells and i was advised to pay R350 delivery fee which i did, when i went to collect my bed they told to me to pay the delivery guy R350 cash and the one i paid will be transferred to my account within a week, i emailed my bank statement.

After a week i did not get any money transferred to my account, I contacted them and i spoke to the manager who advised that it takes up to 7 days to be transferred , I called them Today the 13 March since it's the second week and still no money on to my account and we going back and forth, they are telling me i will get it next week.

I am highly disappointed with Russell's service
