Russells bad service

i bought a defy fridge on the 09-02-2025, i received the fridge on the 11-02-2025 and when i checked the fridge it had dents and the back panel *****s were not fixed and sque on the back.on the 13-02-2025 i logged a ticket and sent the pictures to Russells and they approved the exchange which i am still waiting on,when i call them they said the warehouse will contact me but nobody does.
