RUSSELLS BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

Russells has so far been the worst customer service...no one answers call centre after 3 days and sitting for an hour on the phone, no one at the head office number can help, went to staff in the stores are unable to assist. I will proceed to spread my message as you as a store obviously dont care about your customers!
