Russells Atlantis - no customer service

I purchased a fridge from Russells in Atlantis, three months ago. The fridge has not been working properly since the day of delivery. After dealing with the consultant at the shop to inform her the fridge is no working properly, i decided to lay a complaint at the head office, they managed to get the store to send a technician out after about a month of constant telephone calls. Eventually the technician came out, found the fridge had a factory fault. And it needed to be replaced. Today, three weeks later the fridge still have not been swopped. We are on our third payment for a fridge that is not working and no one in the shop, head office can tell me the honest truth but they expect to be paid. And i lost so much food in this time that no one is going to replace or refund. This service is disgusting. There is no better explanation.
