I bought a sound system from Russells in 2012 I lost my job but still tried to make payment, when I told the lady at Russells on the bluff that I am not working can a make lower payments? She said the least I can pay was R750pm which I was already paying. It is now 6years later and that account was not suppose to reflect on my name but it still is and making my score bad. I would not recommend anyone to purchase at Russells and I will now take this matter to ombudsman
