Russells and joshua door Chris Hani mall Vosloorus is a ****!

I bought a wadrobe at russells chris hani mall(vosloorus) on the 28th of November and also arranged for delivery by the store.. on the day of delivery the store assistant said I should rather arrange to have the warehouse deliver my wadrobe so that it can arrive in good condition.. I went to store i paid for the warehouse delivery, the warehouse said it will deliver on the 10 th of December and so I asked for a day off at work so that I could be there for the delivery turns out at 4 pm they send a text saying they wont be able to deliver And they will send me a new delivery date.. the next day they sent me a text saying my wadrobe will be delivered on the 18th of November, i was angry so I went to the store and inquired but they told me that there’s nothing they can do because the problem is with the warehouse.. I went back home defeated .. on the 18 th of November I received a text saying they will deliver my wadrobe and again I asked for another day off so that I could be home to receive the wadrobe .. at 4 pm they sent a text saying they wont make it.. im really disappointed with Russells I can’t pay for something then it takes 20 days to deliver.. if they dont deliver by the end of this week I want a refund! Such bad service 😞 my cell no is ***
