Russells and JD group are a ****

I can't believe this ****. So basically I took an account with Russells, so the total finance including interest and everything was R6624.40. I have been paying Russells since May. I only received my first statement from them in August. My mistake was not looking at the statement when I first got, I was ********. I find out that after paying Russells a monthly installment of R388 which I increased in October to R488 that my balance is R5786.96 after I have paid them roughly R3892 in installments. I was suspicious when I saw my balance so I decided to look at the statement. Mind you, I did not see the contract when I was taking out the finance (My fault) but the lady who was assisting me was so impatient and desperate that I couldn't have read it on that small screen even if I wanted to and I was also not given a hard copy or sent a soft copy. I have been trying to call their contact centre but no one is willing to assist and one of their team members even dropped the phone on me. I found out that on my statement there is a credit insurance that is also being deducted which I was never notified about and they are also adding an odd R150 every month to my account saying that Finance charges raised and I never agreed that. Someone from the JD group please call me and adjust the balance on my account because this is bull****.
