Russells advertising wrong items

I bought a bed at Russells Eerste Rivier branch on their Black Friday sale. It was restonic bed set with 8.2 litres airfryer, that was super nice and great offer. But a shock surprise they delivered 23 litres airfryer mini oven and I was not impressed at all and the bed lasted only 3 weeks and start sagging I went to complain about it to the branch as I bought this item. To my surprise the item that they’re advertising on display is not what their warehouse delivered to me and I am seeking ways now to have my refund as there is no solution to this matter.

Today they sent the same squickie squickie bed like same material of street vendors and I refused it and send it back to their warehouse because I don’t see why should I receive the product that I will complain about it in 3 weeks time.

They need to sort their items out what is on display should be available at warehouse, I am disappointed with all this and it seem impossible for me to get this done. Hopefully it will reach relevant people and try meet me halfway
