It's been over a year now since I paid up your account and still up to date, your haven't updated my profile.

I successfully opened other accounts but you blocked me with your branches.

It's been over a year now,someone is not doing their job which is affecting my personal life.

Am trying to built up my credit score but with you it's impossible.
