Russells a big joke

Good day I once had an account of about R27000 with jd groups under Russells where we had a nice relationship until I settle the account in May early this year. After a month was checking my Itc report and everything was was. Now out of nowhere when I was checking my Itc reports in NOVEMBER I found that I am listed under arrears and that I owe them R3400 which it doesn’t make sense and on the 5th I was listed as default, last installment I made was R152 that I owe as a last installment to pay off the furniture, I am very disappointed in you, you went all the way to ruin my name
