Russell Poor Quality Furniture

I bought a bedroom suite at Russells Silverton, it was insured. After few months the headboard was falling apart, this was last that I informed them. But even today they have not come and and exchanged the furniture. They are giving me a run around. I paid more that R10000 for this furniture. It is suppose to be intact for a long time. Russells is selling things that are not of quality with high price.
