Russell Phalaborwa sold me a broken fridge

I bought a fridge on the 7th of January and on the 17th when my mom opened the fridge. The was a huge crack on the bottom drawer. I started questioning if weather they sold us a broken fridge or if the quality of the fridge is any good. I called in the Ba-Phalaborwa branch and spoke the guy called Josiahs and he told me they will bring in a guy to my house to come and inspect the fridge. It's been more than 7 days and no one has contacted me I had to call again to ask him about the progress and the information he gave me wasn't sufficient enough and it wasnt tangible. Now my mother is sitting at home with a "new fridge" that has a broken drawer. I'm not happy at all I think I should return their horrible quality fridge that they are selling to customers. And get my money back. I can take my business elsewhere. The stuff is tragging their feet in resolving this matter. I'm even doubting if its gonna get resolved.
