Russel steiloop

My mother laybe the plasma TV at russel steiloop in limpopo, they day she finished paying TV they didnt show her if the tv is working or not they put it in the box an took the tv 2 the store room , she didnt collect it the same day as she was not having TV license, an after few weeks she came 2 do tv license, when she collect it again they didnt show her it is working, after few months she went again at russel 2 buy brackets so that she can put the plasma on the wall , after putting it when they switch it on the tv is having I cracked on the screen, I went 2 russel with the tv an explain what happened, they told me they dont cover the screen, I told them but u didnt show my mother if the tv was working , they said they did show my mother the tv was working, and they day she finished paying TV there was no electricity, an the day of collection they just took it from the store room without checking if it is working, now they said its better for us to buy a new tv as fixing the screen is very expensive and I asked them to do quatation for me from hisense, even today they didnt come back 2 me an the manager is very rude an having attitude
