Russel furniture bed customer service

I bought a bed with them 8 months ago, suddenly bed springs are making such a noise and even the bed in uncomfortable now. I laid a complaints to a rude customer store manager, weeks later no feed and they wanted a video which i took showing issue then they wanted to deliver base instead of mattress. Went back to 4 weeks later manager just replies with total rudeness, laid complaint with customer service call centre rep**** weeks later stopped replying. Called asked for regional or customer service manager was told cannot speak to them, guess im an african black customer no im not allowed to speak to them, now stuck with a bed i bought cash with no assistance will have to just return it back to store some day.
