Rusells Krugersdorp is a Nightmare

This is a warning to the public to refrain from purchasing any furniture from this store. They sells the worste *******. When you complain about the quality of the goods they make you wait several weeks. I had to drive to Krugersdorp to the store to sort out the issues I had several times which was of very poor quality. I paid cash for it and when I asked for a replacement bedroom suite they told me they don't have stock. When I asked for a refund they told me the refund can only be done in my wife's name. My wife does not have a banking account. They also advised me that the refund can only be done in 7 to 14 working days. Spare yourself the nightmares I have experienced and your money and refrain from purchasing anything from Rusells FURNISHERS. Rusells FURNISHERS has a policy and poor quality that is at the expense of thier customers. Take your money and go to a reputable furniture store or company.
