Rusells Furnitures Online Layby ****

I went on the Rusells online shopping app to layby couches. I went as far as paying R3000 as deposit. I received proof of payment, however, I did not receive an order number. Now when I try to trace the deposit that I paid no one can assist me. I called the call centre, and was told to send an email. This morning I received a response that no layby was placed under my name. I was told to send an email to the email address that is on the proof of payment, and that email bounced back. I have also gone to one of their outlets in Wonderpark, Pretoria North and even they could not assist me.

All I want is my deposit back so that I can purchase the couches I want. I want my deposit back.
