Rudeness overload from Thulani at Rusells in Nelspruit

I went to Rusells Nelspruit to purchase a bed set and boy did I not receive the worst service from a man named Thulani. That man was probably either having a bad day or he just does not like his job. He was not willing to assist with anything and was rude to the core. I have never experienced such rudeness from any person and it was unbelievable. Everytime I think of Rusells I think of Thulani's attitude and I think to myself, I'm never setting my foot into any Rusells shop ever again in my life.
