Rude women should not be in customer service

I was approved to buy for R30000 I only bought a lounge for R6000 about a week ago. I realised my fridge broke and it's old so seeing as I can buy for R24000 still I went to go buy. Vincent who works there tried to help he even called the superior who said I can buy she got so upset shouting at him I heard her say she will not help me at some point I even heard her ask if I'm coloured<br> She said I must pay my 1st instalment I wanted to bt even then she said no only on the due date. So now I must sit without a fridge because of this rude woman. What do I do who do I speak to cause apparently only she can help. But she's rude lazy and refuses to assist me. Shouting at staff infront of me.
