RUDE STORE MANAGER

Appalled at the service I have received from the East London branch Store Manager today 21/08/2020. When I requested to speak to her, the store assistant relayed the message. To which she rep**** that she is busy.

That is absolute nonsense and is unacceptable. I am a customer and should be afforded the opportunity to speak to the manager when the situation calls for it.
