Rude Consultant

I phoned to asked for a certain person , that previously help me at the branch in retreat, I eventually got her number and phone her at the new branch she is working at, I was out through and a gentleman by the name of James answered the phone, I asked if I can speak to this person and he said no, she is not here at the moment, I asked when will she be in , his answer, I don't know. I then asked can you tell me if she is coming in , he then dropped the phone on me, I phoned back, and he answered the phoned, I told him it's me again looking for this person and he said " look here lady , I don't know these people , do you want me to give this person a message or what, I told him that's no way of speaking to a client as I am interested in buying from your company, and then he answered me, look here, I am not here to entertain you and he put me on hold. Now if this is the kind of treatment I will receive from your people, I would surely take my business elsewhere, where I will be treated with dignity and respect, not from some lowlife, that's is probably a freelancer and was taken of the streets to sell.
