Rubish services!! Dishonest and Disgusting

I have no words. The most discussing store to deal with. I bought a bed and they blamed another company for the issues but I bought the bed through them. Now I don’t have a bed as they said I must bring the bed (I had to pay R500 for van hire) back to the store so they can refund me but till today nothing! No refund no bed and the people at the store are not helping me at all I’ve lost count of the number of months I’m trying to deal with this issue it’s extremely frustrating and exhausting. I never thought I’ll get ****** by a legit store. The amount of money I’ve spent trying to fix this soo crazy. The amount of anxiety this is causing it’s so crazy. I bought a bed cash ended up with no bed and lost the money I used to buy the bed so Russell’s made a 100% profit coz the have the bed and my money
