robbing people

I purchased a laptop last year. I was told that I will be paying for 1 year the price I saw in the board Interest included. When I'm querying on my account because I was retrenched I am finding out other stories and the store is now sending me in circles they don't want the retrenchment Letter. Who is paying this now because I agreed for 1 year and the lady that assisted me signed for 30 months which I'm not aware of. Who can I contact to sort this out because the more I am emailing them the more they sending me SMS they need to debit my account yet I am telling them everyday that they must not debit and sort my thing out. I paid insurance for what because now they giving me a whole lot of bull**** if the insurance doesn't want to cover why they ******** people to take it but yet now when there is no income they disappear. The insurance says that they will settle the debt and pay the balance to the account holder but the lady in Russell's stanger says another story when does Russell's stop robbing people
