Returned goods , no refund after a month!

My elderly/disabled mother-inlaw baught my husband and I a microwave (cadh) at Russels in Hault road Elsies River. However we already purchased a new one. We then took it back to the store un-opened with all necessary paper work and banking details.

It has been four weeks and she still had not received her refund. Everytime we aske the store manager about the refund she says it's a new system and the transaction is hanging..... For four weeks we have to hear the same story. This is UTTER BAD SERVICE!

I Have now , after having to phone 3 different numbers this morning , finally gotten to the head office where I spoke to Ruth who assisted me nicely. However I was supposed to receive a call back... it's been 5 hours ... NO PHONE CALL!

I've never had such bad service Ever!
