Return and refund

I would like to complain about the service I am getting. I went to Russellls in Adderley street to cancel a bed that i bought and was told that i will receive my money today and I called toda to confirm if the money will be available today and the lady i spoke to told me she can not given a time frame she is waiting or authorization.I do not know what to make of this as i called another Russells ls store and was told that if i am returning an item i would get my money immediately. <br> My name is Pamela Lungu<br> Phone number ***
