retrenched

I was retrenched on 12 oct 2015 that dai I got my notice and it also was my last day at work,since then I am struggeling withe company to submit my provedent fund documents, I called my hr. Officer mnr monwabisi as he asured me it will be sorted out and I was calling my aera manager mnr vivian botha he asured me he submitted it himself but when I asked for a ref. Number he ignored me. Its been mor then two mounths since my retrencement and the provedent fund confirmed that it will tak 4 to 6 weeks after document has been submitted! All I want is for them to to thier work as I did mine in time beeing an employee with them and submit my documents! No one can give me strait answers or help me! Please help!!
