Restonic bazaruto bad bed (Russells)

Bad Restonic Bazaruto bed!!! TWICE

I bought three beds two singles and one queen from Russells Cosmo City and they were delivered on the 05th of November, no issues with singles but the queen base was badly damaged and sinking i called the store and they logged call and a replacement for both base and mattress was delivered on 06 Dec and the base was still damaged and I notified the store and Russells via Facebook messenger. As the days goes by I notice squeeze noise coming from the bed and suddenly I woke up tired and with so much pain when I inspected the bed I realized that the mattress is making this noise and sinking in the middle and when I followed up with the store and they logged another call but unfortunately the factories are closed I will have to wait until mid Jan. In the meantime where do I sleep? I mean can't continue sleeping on the bed that causes so much pain on my body. As for Restonic I'm so disappointed with their quality 😔, I rated them as one of the best brands. But after this experience I don't think I will ever buy their products.
