I bought chest freezer at Russells Jozini mall month of May.
I've been chargered for a delivery fee R1000.00 also extended warranty R999. 00 hence wasn't explained to me.
Was told delivery would be free.
I logged the complaint *** on the 30th May 2023.
Today received sms it resolved however no one give me an update.
I've settled account however I need amount of R1999. 00 has charged.

01 Jun 2023, 18:30I didn't receive copy of contract upon day of delivery.
I've ask copy numerous times however didn't obtain at the store said must phone head office to get my copy.
Head office refer me back to the branch.
Date origination 12 April I received my copy on the 30th April.
