regret buying here

im in middelburg eastern cape. i made a sale for about 30 000 rand cash at ur store. 65 inch tv kitchen unit. microwave. my tv wont show any picture now only sound. plus it was not a new tv it was a display model on the shelf. delivery man **** and said its a new tv. kitc unit was not wrapped and microw no box. i want a new tv. cause i cant sit without a tv the whole time. staff wont admit they made a mistake and are rude.
