refussing with my refund

I bought a twin bed headboard at joshua doore empangeni,i supposed to get my goods on the 30th june but till today,i told them at least to fetch them personaly,when i went to collect them,they told me nothing available on stock,contacted the store for my refund,the manager told me there is no cash available,their service is very poor and am willing to take this matter further if i dont get my refund,realy ****ed with ur poor service
