Refusal to refund money spent

I haven't be given my refund for item bought on the 17th November 2022. The store and head office will tell me I will get my refund within 7days, next thing within 14days. It's more than a month now I have not received my refund.

Reason for wanting a refund, Russells in Morena Mall quoted dinning set for R5999. Only to find out that price is for the table only.

My I be assisted to get my refund of R5999 back.
