Refusal of fixing good while paying for insurance and still under a warranty.

I bought a washing machine this year February 2019 and now the tumble dryer is not working. I went there to complain about it and they said, they will send the fixer,so now the fixer said I have to go to the shop to pay R1000 or the is nothing else they can do .they said the machine has a 1 year warranty plus am paying insurance. Now they say tumble dryer is not on warranty. Now am stuck with a not working machine while am paying an installment of R337 a month.
