Refund query

<p>I had a lay-by by Dundee branch. after I had payed for 8 months I was told that they do not stock the item anymore. I filled forms for lay-bye. I am trying to do a follow up on when is my lay-bye refund is going to be payed back. I do not want to deal with the branch anymore because I do not want any negative treatment. I have tried to contact the head office Lay-bye department on ********** but no one is taking the call. I really would like my refund back. </p>
