REFUND NOT RECEIVED
This people are ignoring all contact as per my refund. i cancelled my laybye and requested a refund- the online policy said refund takes 3- 7 working days- however no response or money received. How can they refuse to return my own money!!!!!

11 Sept 2025, 14:02Russels really refuse to give money back that belongs to the customer- they will be quick to take it from you or call you if you owe them, however they do not respond on your emails when t=you do follow ups.
