Refund me 11200 for the couch since they cannot deliver it

I bought an L couch at Russell's Lephalale last year October, I had to return January for repairs it came back then April I return it again as it's just a **** couch yet expensive, I relocated to Gauteng before I got the couch back now they say I should pay 3500 for them to deliver couches in Gauteng.can someone please help
