REFUND DELAYS

I went to Russell’s Makhado on 3rd August 2024to purchase a wardrobe, they showed me 1 that looked bigger and was on sale R5500, I purchased it cash and paid delivery as well, they told me they were going to deliver on Monday since it was a Saturday when I bought it, it was two days later after the promised delivery day without them showing up that I called to ask what’s going on, that’s when I found out they sold me something that is out of stock, they told me to be patient because it would eventually come back.

two weeks later I went back to the store, they have not delivered, have no sign of the wardrobe in the warehouse, I asked them for a refund and they decided to delay further by telling me that I need to wait for 2 more weeks for the money to reflect in my accoUnt, I still have not enough storage for my clothes, I paid money and it went through immediately but not I have to wait two weeks for it to reflect. I really don’t know what to do.
