Refund delay

On the 30 of November me and my wife Nombulelo Ntsonta bought couches at Russels Welkom. We cancelled the transaction the same day because we were not satisfied with the couches , we were promised that our money will reflect with 7-10 days I'm writing this complaint today and we still have not received our refund. We called the customer help line but we were repeatedly given this incident number ********** 76 and told that is in the process and they will get back to us but nothing has happened. I'm quite disappointed with Russels service and hope that soon our refund will come through my number is ********** 199 and my wife's number is ********** 703
