Refund

I bought a table at Belleville on 10/06/2020 nd there failed to deliver it within 5days nd had taken days from work asked for refund from them till this day 03/07/2020 l dont have my money with me or the table have been calling even went to their branch and was told they don't refund their head office does refund need someone to assist me.
