In December 2012 i payed the deposit of R2000 when I bought a Sofas<br> (R6999) and coffee table (R999) in Sammy Marks Russels (now<br> defunct). As such the initial instalment was R1731/6 months (still the instalment was still relatively higher considering that I pay a R2000 deposit). Only<br> the sofas where delivered in Ga-Mashashane (rural area in Polokwane)<br> and coffee table was not delivered since the same coffee table was<br> not available in Russels Polokwane. So, i decided to cancel the coffee<br> table from the instalment but to my unparalleled shocking surprise,<br> the instalment is still the same (R1730) even after<br> cancelling the coffee table from the instalment. The main objective of<br> paying the deposit of R2000 was to keep the instalment as low as<br> possible but that wasn't the case even after cancelling the coffee<br> table from the instalment.<br> Nevertheless, someone from Russels<br> called me on my *** number few weeks ago, informing me that<br> my installment after the cancellation of coffee table was<br> approximately R1200 (which is very realistic by far after cancellation<br> of the coffe table) but that was not the case on the debit order till i finished paying.<br> <br> [email protected] om
