Refund

So last month I saw a sofa on your website and decided to lay-buy, paid my deposit and sent it to the email address provided after filling out an application. I followed up after a week to no avail and then earlier this month I received a call from a Boniswa who promised to have my refund actioned and I sent her the proof of payment again via email, and to this day I'm still awaiting the refund!!!
