refund

On the 8th january i went to russells in southgate i saw couches which i liked but the problem i wanted brown and they had black at the shop i was told to pay for them as they do have in brown at the factory but i will have to wait until they open on the 12th which i agreed on the 12th wnt back they called the factory they dont have in brown and they not sure if they will be able to get for me, which then i requested a refund as they didnt have what i wanted , they required a reciept ,id copy and bank statement which i gave but till to date i have not recived my R20000.00 which i paid cash to them. when i go to the shop they telling me they have faxed everything to the headoffice and they are still waiting for they reply, its been 5 weeks now i cant wait any longer i want my refund back the perosn who assisted me is siboniso and vincent khumalo my order no is 847910
