****** behavior/Worst procedure ever.

Worst customer service ever!! From the customer care call center to the store in Tembisa, from the consultant to the Manger. They have no clue what they are doing! I've been approved for R20 000+ online Only to find out that it's pre approved That was fine, I filled out the full application in the store and the manager advised me that it's dropped to R10 000, I said that's fine, only to find out, after 3 hours being in the store and actually doing everything that I need to restart and do everything again. Everything was not explained in detail and was pushed for the last minute, The consultant that I've dealt with was super rude and ******. When everything was finalized, they advised me that they need to wait for head office to get back to them and only then it was be approved, After spending over 3 hours in the store, been advised that everything is sorted to be told that I still need to wait there was not on, I've waited until head office got back to the stuff in Tembisa, they advised me that I need to pay an amount of R2000 upfront, which I didn't understand, so I asked the consultant to explain and he threw my documents on the table and walked away, I've waited for the Manger to explain what just happened, and she advised me that the consultant suppose to explain to me, which was not done. I've wasted over 4 hours in that store which I felt I was out of place because of my colour of my skin, Everything was done so rashly that there was no procedure was followed.
