R4299 wardrobes faking apart after two weeks

I'm going to keep this short. I bought two days of wardrobes bother R4299 the arrived and the did were all out of line and the didn't open smoothly. I reported it to the cursive care complaints.i was told to go into the b branch to fill a complaint so someone could fix it (these are brand new and already they must be fixed? Really now?) anyway I went in and was informed that an inspector would come out to see if it has to be taken back for repairs or if it can be fixed at my house. But no one came out. I went back in a few days ago and the person who could check on the progress of my complaint was not at work. Now the bottom of one of the draws is broken and I'm still waiting. I just want them to come get this ******* out of my house. Because I cannot believe I have to pay for this terrible quality!!!!!!
