Query ownership

Bought a new bed for my pregnant wife on Monday, was informed that the warehouse will be in touch with me regarding the delivery and was informed that the bed will be delivered in a day or two. Today still no contact from the warehouse so I decided to call the sasolburg branch at 9 0clock in the morning, the lady told me the person who deals with deliveries was busy on the phone and she took my details promising me a call back. At 12 midday decided to call again and got the very same response. I decided to call again at 2 and the credit manager said she was busy with the customer and she will call me back as soon as she was done. At 3 I then decided to drive there, when I got there the credit manager told me she is alone and busy, she then tried to contact the warehouse and the guys there gave her a run around for over 30min. At 4 I decided to go back to work as the lady promised me feedback in 15min. Half 4 I went back there as she didn't call me. She told me the warehouse people have not gave her feedback.
