Promise not keyed

I went to buy a head bord an a bed and I was said they will deliver on Tuesday. Tuesday morning they phoned and said they will only diver on Thursday. Thursday they only delivered the bed and not the head bord. We spoke to the manager and was said they wil deliver the head bord on Thursday afternoon or Friday morning. By 4pm on Friday we phoned the store again and ask when will I recive my dilivery. I was told it is on the way. By 4:50pm i phoned again and was said the driver is not awnsering his phone to do my dilivery. They asked to bring it on Saturday morning. This is very bad service from this store and I am not happy about they way they keep on promising me and not deliver on there promises
