Product complain

I bought a salsa 2pcs daybedA+ black at Russells Chris Hani crossing mall and thy delivered in time but I am not happy with it ,is not comfortable and is very big for my new place ,so I logged a complained about it on 01-June-2020 thy said thy will come and collect it thy never did until today thy never showed up.I kept on calling them and thy **** to me that thy are coming .Is been 3 months thy don’t come and collect .what must I supposed to do with this uncomfortable couch ?I wrapped it n put it nicely for collection but thy never show up.I spent a lot of money buying this nonsense I want my refund. Your customer services is poor.
