Poor service with Russells

I bought a Teledo day bed at Russles Mitchell's Plain Promenade branch in May 2021, in November 2021 the chair had fault "big hole" of which after several and visits to the store it was collect by the 17th of November, the chair was returned back to me on the 8th of December 2021 as being "repaired" on the 10th of January 2022 I went back to the as the chair had the same problem, upon asking for a refund the manager and the consultant told me about rather upgrading and the the warranty, I am still stuck with a faulty chair to date. I sent the complain to their complains department as well all I received was an sms no one has bothered to call me, I am disgusted by the **** service
